Envoy Financial is truly a team of financial and service specialists dedicated to serving the needs of Christian ministries and their employees.  The passion to bring the message of “biblical financial stewardship” and encourage people to “Seize the Day!” is consistent across the entire team.  The following people provide leadership in key areas of the ministry:

 

Bruce Bruinsma – CEO & Co-Founder

Bruce brings more than 25 years of professional benefits, investment and management experience to his position as Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (MBA), Bruce consults with Christian organizations and ministry professionals on a national and international basis about retirement and benefit plans. He is also a sought-after presenter for seminars to associations and industry groups. His heart for the message of biblical financial stewardship began when Bruce became aware of the considerable need missionaries faced for adequate finances for their later years.

 

 

Bethany Palmer – Executive Director & Co-Founder

Bethany brings over 18 years experience in the financial services industry, having counseled over 1,200 Christian Ministry Professionals.  A graduate of Westmont College, Bethany’s passion for ministry began when she recognized the need of pastors for solid financial counsel.  She has a thorough knowledge of biblical financial stewardship and is committed to providing resources to Christian Ministries.  As Executive Director, Bethany oversees and directs all sales and service activities at Envoy Financial.

 

 

Dave McHenry – CMO Service Manager

From implementing new plans to annual reviews to providing on-going service to CMOs (Plan Sponsors), Dave oversees a team committed to providing outstanding service to the leadership of the 650 ministries we serve.  Dave’s years of operations experience in both manufacturing and service environments has helped him to implement service standards for his department.  Dave recently completed the CRS Certification to further enhance his knowledge of the financial issues facing ministry leadership today.

 

 

Dale DeMarchi – Marketing Manager

Overseeing Envoy's communication, website, advertising, and tradeshow activities, Dale manages the on-going communication from Envoy to ministries, employees, and the general public.  Dale has a Business Administration degree and brings over 20 years marketing and marketing communication experience to Envoy.  He is passionate about improving both the content and presentation of our materials so that we are able to impact more lives for Christ and in the areas of financial stewardship.

 

 

Katie Atkinson – CMP Service Manager

Service that is Accurate, Relational, and Timely!  Katie’s degree in Business Management (Ball State) and experience in service, banking, and hospitality environments drive her passion for excellent customer service and her approach to providing leadership to the Ministry Services Team at Envoy Financial.  Whether through training, coaching or direct oversight, Katie leads the team that provides answers to ministry employees, updates employee information, researches issues, and processes paperwork on their behalf.

 

 

Robert Comstock – IT Manager

Robby joined the Envoy team full-time in January 2006 as IT Manager, having been a contractor for the prior year. He has a computer science and engineering background including 15 years of customer service experience and 5 years of technical support experience, including working in technical support for the firm that developed Envoy’s CRM program.  Robby continues to add infrastructure and security measures to protect both the integrity and accessibility of our data to ensure a 99% uptime service standard for our systems.
