How Envoy Financial Is Organized

 

Envoy Financial is a unique ministry, not only in calling, but also in organization.  The services we provide to ministry leadership and ministry staff are generally in the areas of financial counsel, advice, plan implementation, and education.  Envoy was incorporated as a mutual-benefit non-profit organization and is dedicated to serving the financial stewardship needs of ministries and their employees.  Since its infancy, the vision has been to develop a team that could serve the unique needs of those in ministry and ministry leadership.  That goal has led to the development of two specialized teams within Envoy Financial.  Here is a brief overview of the organizational structure of Envoy Financial:

 

Executive Team:

Bruce Bruinsma, CEO and Co-Founder

Bethany Palmer, Executive Director & Co-Founder


Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership to the ministry.

 

 

CMO Team:

Dave McHenry, CMO Service Manager

Jeff Gater, CMO Specialist

Dale DeMarchi, Marketing Manager


Organization Service: Responsible for new business acquisition, retirement plan implementation, on-going service to ministry leadership, annual reviews at organizational level and coordinating individual reviews, plan reporting, testing, and submitting employee-related paperwork to ministry payroll personnel.

 

 

CMP Team:

Bethany Palmer, LifeStage Manager

Katie Atkinson, CMP Service Manager


Individual Service: Responsible for financial planning appointments with ministry employees, paperwork preparation and follow-up, and responding to general inquiries and information requests.
