The Social Security Administration predicts that 70 million people will retire in the next two decades. That's a lot of people! Most of us spend years working toward that goal of retirement, wisely saving for those "golden years" and planning to enjoy "the good life."
But what happens as that time of retirement approaches? Rather than being a seamless transition, there are often many questions that need to be answered and issues that need to be addressed. Rather than experiencing joy as we move into retirement, we can easily become overwhelmed by all the details.
We are pleased to announce a program called CrossRoads Retirement Solutions. CrossRoads is designed to help ministry professionals make a smooth transition to retirement and to help ensure that their financial house is in good order for the years to come.
Scott Palmer, our LifeStage Director will be spearheading this program and will be working with individuals and ministries transitioning into retirement. Scott and Bethany Palmer recently obtained their Certified Senior Advisor designation to better understand and serve people entering or in retirement.
