Pension Administrator

The primary function of the Pension Administrator in the CMO Department is to work with the CMO Department Manager to perform all duties related to the organization, development, implementation and administration of the CMO Plan Administration Department. 

Pension Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Retirement plan recordkeeping using Relius 12.1 software
• Loan administration using Relius 12.1 software
• ADP / ACP Compliance testing using Relius 12.1 software
• Distribution administration using Relius 12.1 software
• Working in conjunction with the CMO Ministry Support Manager to create the CMO Plan Administration Department

Financial Sales Representative (to Ministries)

The primary function of the Financial Sales Representative is financial sales to Christian ministries with a focus on Retirement Plans.  The person in Financial Sales to Organizations will have the responsibility to keep the “pipeline” filled using existing leads and then assisting the ministry to move through the different stages leading up to the implementation of their Retirement Plan with Envoy.  This person walks the Christian organization through their issues and concerns using a systematic sales approach.
 
Financial Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Sales (retirement plans) to ministries
• Contacting new ministries
• Benefit Plan Development with Key Ministry Leaders
• Analyzes plan and investment needs and presenting solutions
• Builds relationships with Christian Ministry Organizations and their key leaders
• Understands the specific needs of a varied group of Christian workers
• Analyzes prospect suitability and investment objectives/needs
• Educates and works with Key leaders in establishing their plan

Administrative Support Specialist

Administrative Support Specialists with Envoy Financial provide administrative support and customer service to Christian ministry leaders we work with worldwide in the area of the ongoing administration and service to their Retirement Plans with Envoy Financial.

Administrative Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Use our virtually paperless high-technology system to complete job tasks
• Processing daily paperwork related to retirement plans
• Responding to telephone and email questions from existing clients
• Reviewing & processing reports using the computer
• Assisting the Service Manager with any service-related issues
