The Ministry Service Specialist is responsible for customer service resolutions and assisting the client Team in many of the activities associated with the ongoing service to existing and new customers. A Ministry Service Specialist will be responsible for managing the transaction process from start to finish for each assigned client, including resolving service issues or processing financial transactions for the client.
Highlights of Essential Functions and Position Requirements:
- Answering customer service phones
- Researching with support companies and fund families to find the best possible outcome for client account issues
- Researching and responding to questions from support companies regarding client accounts
- Maintaining the client database and insuring data integrity
- Financial service license(s), such as Series 6, 63
- Prior knowledge of financial products, policies, and procedures highly preferred
- 1 - 2 years of financial service experience required
- Excellent customer service, administrative, detail and processing skills required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strength in using & learning new technology. Exposure to Customer Relationship Management software is preferred, but not required.

Junior System Administrator
The Junior System Administrator is responsible for the day to day maintenance tasks to existing technology, documentation and troubleshooting of the infrastructure that is in place that serves the internal employees and as well our external clients.
Highlights of Essential Functions and Position Requirements:
- Maintain and plan deployment of Windows PCs as required, including hardware and software installations, upgrades and troubleshooting
- Maintain, support and troubleshoot Windows Access reports
- Maintain and verify backups
- Test internal and external systems, including phone system, fax server, website, remote access
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- The ability to follow oral and written instructions
- A+ Certified or Equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Windows Access
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- A Statement of Faith documenting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
